Arbitrators
Members of Chambers have been appointed as arbitrators to determine international and domestic disputes over a broad range of business sectors including aviation, armaments, defence and weapon systems, construction, corporate acquisitions, computer software, distributorship, agency and joint ventures, e-commerce, financial services and investment, legal and professional services, dispute resolution funding, local government, partnership disputes, power and energy, pharmaceutical industry, professional sport, and telecommunications.
In the construction field they have been appointed under the CIArb, JCT, CIMAR, ICE rules, and in the commercial field, the City Disputes Panel and LMAA, and other ad hoc appointments not subject to any particulars rules.
Chambers arbitrators have extensive experience of international arbitration. Work has been undertaken by members under the AAA, ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL, LCIA, Geneva Chamber of Commerce, WIPO, DIAC, CIETAC and other international arbitration rules.
