Robert Jay QC has been appointed as lead Counsel to the Leveson Inquiry into the Culture, Practices and Ethics of the Press.

This is a highly prestigious and important appointment.
Counsel to the Inquiry has a strictly impartial role. He will provide the Inquiry with independent legal advice and will present the evidence. Counsel will also question the witnesses that are called to the Inquiry.
