Robert Jay QC, Alex Ruck Keene and Jack Holborn appeared (with Sir Michael Wood) for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in a landmark hearing arising out of claims brought for personal injury by 5 individuals claiming to have been maltreated during the Emergency in Kenya in the 1950s.
