Solar Panels - successful judicial review of unlawful consultation 21st December 2010. Nigel Pleming QC and Duncan Sinclair acted for Friends of the Earth, James Burton and Zack Simons for interested parties in bringing an expedited claim against an unlawful consultation including a proposal to restrospectively reduce payments for solar panels. The ruling clarifies that consultation processes are not immune from judicial scrutiny, in particular if it contains unlawful proposals.
